At Mosaic Journal, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags still attached.

Package Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective layers are included to prevent damage during transit.
Affix the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and attach it firmly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
